The Autoflow 5510 sterilization cycle CO2 Incubator control of airborne contaminants via continuous HEPA filtration. Dual decontamination cycles, at 95°C wet decontamination and a 145°C dry sterilization cycle, are exceptionally useful for cell line changes and /or when working with hazardous agents.

  • A 99.99% efficient HEPA filter maintains Constant Contamination Control (C3) in the growth chamber
  • Dual Temperature sensor probes mounted just under the inflow to the HEPA filter controlling the chamber environment
  • The interior corners of the growth chamber are coved for ease of cleaning and to prevent contaminants from becoming trapped.
