Which PharmaGard Compounding Aseptic Isolator is right for me?

The PharmaGard PR minimizes the possibility of contaminants entering the work zone. This pharmaceutical compounding isolator is specifically designed for aspetic compounding of non-hazardous drugs. A positive air pressure is maintained in the work area relative to the interchange compartment. This minimizes the risk of contaminants from entering the work area. This isolator is also known as a Compounding Aseptic Isolator (CAI).

The PharmaGard NR/NTE minimizes the possibility of contaminants entering the surrounding room. These pharmaceutical compounding isolators are specifically designed for aspetic compounding of hazardous drugs. A negative air pressure is maintained in the work area relative to the interchange compartment. This level of protection ensures chemotherapy agents or other hazardous materials will not escape the work area. (Choose the PharmaGard NTE797 if a fully exhausted unit is required.) These isolators are also known as Compounding Aseptic Containment Isolators.
