Commitment to Service

Recently, on a Friday evening, NuAire received a desperate phone call from a service company in Florida trying to test [certify] a Class II Type B2 Total Exhaust Biological Safety Cabinet for the Mayo Clinic Pharmacy Department. They needed the BSC operational to prepare chemotherapy agents for patients the next day. The Question? Did they have enough exhaust?

NuAire service personnel had left for the weekend. Panic?? No! The certifier spoke with the CFO, who called the President, who called the wife of the Vice President [who was on the road] to get the name of the hotel where the NuAire group attending CETA was staying--- within minutes, the NuAire Service Manager was contacted, who called the certifier back and his questions were answered.
