NuAire Model NU-425-500 Standard Product

Because of customer demand, NuAire has started manufacturing a 5-foot version of our NU-425 Biological Safety Cabinet. For years the NU-425 has only been available in a 2ft., 3ft., 4ft., or 6ft. widths, now the 5ft. is available. In addition, the models NU-437 and NU-440 can also be produced in a 5ft. wide size. These 5ft. units contain all the features, construction and operating characteristics of the parent NU-425's. All options available on the NU-425 product line are available on the NU-437 and NU-440 models.

All the models: NU-425-500, NU-437-500 and NU-440-500 are NSF / ANSI Standard 40 - 200 listed. The primary inflow measurement method is via the DIM (Direct Inflow Measurement device). The alternate means of measuring inflow is via the 3 inch constricted method (Reference NuAire Technical Bulletin TB0115). Down flow specification is 65 - 75 fpm. Inflow specification is 100 - 110 fpm. 10-inch window units exhaust 426 CFM, and the 8-inch window height units exhaust 340 CFM.
