The LabGard ES (Energy Saver) model NU-677 is a Class II, Type A2 Biosafety Cabinet (BSC) designed for use in the animal laboratory. A large 12-inch (305 mm) access opening provides easy entry for mouse and rat cages. A back wall pre-filter collects larger particulates shed by animals prolonging the life of the supply and exhaust HEPA filters. The NU-677 can be used for procedural work or cage changes and can be configured to include a work zone waste disposal or a dirty cage collection system.
