NuAire lab equipment service training is a hands-on, factory-led program that teaches service partners and field technicians how to install, troubleshoot, and maintain NuAire biosafety cabinets, CO2 incubators, ultralow freezers, and laminar airflow systems with confidence and in alignment with current standards.

Factory Training for NuAire Service Partners and Technicians
NuAire’s service training program is designed specifically for field service technicians, certifiers, and service partners who support NuAire equipment in biomedical, clinical, pharmaceutical, and research laboratories.
Training takes place at our Plymouth, Minnesota facility and combines classroom instruction with live, hands-on exercises using NuAire biosafety cabinets, CO2 incubators, ultralow freezers, and laminar airflow workstations.

2026 Service Training Class Schedule
NuAire service training classes are offered several times during the year to support our global service partner community. Each session follows the same three-day format: two days focused on airflow products (biosafety cabinets and laminar airflow systems) followed by one day dedicated to CO2 incubators.

Class size: Enrollment is limited to maintain a highly interactive, hands-on experience. We encourage early registration, as classes often fill quickly.
Tuition, Registration & Logistics
Tuition and payment
Training fees are currently $250 per training day, per person (for example, $500 for the two-day Biological Safety Cabinet class and $250 for the one-day incubator service class).
Tuition payment may be made by credit card or check. To secure your seat, payment must be received within ten days after NuAire confirms your registration.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy
If you cancel your reservation less than fourteen days before class, there is no refund. If you decide to move to a later class less than fourteen days before your original session, fifty percent (50%) of your tuition can be transferred to a later class (up to six months out); the remaining fifty percent is due at the time you make the change.

Travel planning
Classes are held at our training building at 2915 Niagara Lane N, Plymouth, MN 55447. If you are staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton Plymouth, NuAire can arrange transportation to and from class—just let us know when you register.
International students should apply for a visa far enough in advance to ensure arrival in time for class.
