In-VitroCell NU-5720 Direct Heat CO2 Incubator

The In-VitroCell Model NU-5720 is a direct heat 5.65ft3 (160 L) capacity CO2 Incubator featuring humidity monitoring and control using a sensor and a 3-liter reservoir to inject water vapor to meet setpoint. Model NU-5720 provides optimal growth conditions for mammalian cells sensitive to humidity fluctuations.

Overview

In-VitroCell model NU-5720 is a CO2 Incubator designed to control relative humidity (RH) levels in the growth chamber better through a sensor and reservoir in place of a water pan. The RH control method allows for greater accuracy to maintain a stable RH percentage by injecting water vapor into the growth chamber to meet the setpoint. RH control is perfect for research samples prone to desiccation or dryer environments.

Equipped with a 3-liter external reservoir, it ensures precise relative humidity levels of up to 90% in the growth chamber. The air is skillfully directed through a vapor-saturated evaporate box, adjusting humidity per the RH sensor's feedback to maintain your desired set point. This feature promises consistent, ideal humidity for superior cultivation results.

Dual Decontamination Cycles

Our incubator's advanced direct heat technology enables a thorough 145°C dry and 95°C humidified decontamination cycle, completed efficiently overnight in just 8 hours. The NuTouch control system offers on-screen instructions and tracks cycle progress, ensuring an effective and user-friendly decontamination process.

Constant Contamination Control
